We are pleased to announce Shane Kilgallen’s recent appointment as the Director of Business Consulting Services for Online Business Systems (Online). Shane is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, B.C.Sc (Hons) and has over 15 years of experience in business and information technology. Since joining Online in 1998, he has played a key role in providing solutions for some of Online’s largest clients in a wide variety of industries. Shane has been the Practice Leader for Online’s Analysis and Business Process Management Practices and is currently a Career Mentor for a group of Online consultants, providing leadership, mentorship, and career planning and development.
As our Director of Business Consulting Services, Shane will provide delivery management and support on client projects in the Central Region. He will lead the continued growth and development of Online’s business consulting services (Quality Assurance/Testing, Analysis, Organizational Change Management, Business Process Management, Business/IT Alignment, Package Implementation, and Project Management), as well as work with our Business Development team to further develop our client relationships. Shane, together with Casey Sisterson, our Director of Technology Services, will be responsible for the recruitment, resourcing and retention of Online’s Central Region consulting team and ensuring their continued focus on the success of our clients.
