(NewEra), a Toronto-based consulting firm, with extensive capabilities in IT Strategy, Architecture and Integration. In particular, NewEra has extensive experience helping Government and Health Agencies develop policy and strategy, as well as plan, design and deploy Health Information Exchange (HIE) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions.
This acquisition advances Online's approach for delivering eHealth focused consulting services and technology solutions across Canada. NewEra’s existing clients include some of the largest Public Sector organizations and Health Agencies in Canada.
