The objective of our Mentoring Methodology is to transfer knowledge between two teams, focusing on a particular domain or skill area. A more experienced team, made up of experienced mentors, will work with and guide a less experienced team to enable them to grow professionally in the particular domain or skills area.

Mentoring is a partnership, and in reality, both the mentor and the individual being mentored will learn and develop a great deal. While the mentors have a higher level of skill and more experience in the domain being developed, the individual being mentored will typically have skill and experience in other areas. This produces a natural partnership with the benefit being a transfer of knowledge and skill in both directions.
