April 26, 2017 – Online is pleased to announce that the organization has been recognized as one of the “Best Workplaces in Canada” for the 11th consecutive year. Online was also named one of the “Best Workplaces in Canada for Women” for the 6th consecutive year.

The Best Workplaces lists are compiled by Great Place to Work® Institute Canada and, along with related stories, appear in a special national report in today’s The Globe and Mail. The competition process is based on two criteria: two-thirds of the total score comes from a 58-statement survey completed by employees, along with their open-ended comments about their organization; the remaining one-third of the score comes from an in-depth review of the organization’s culture, including an evaluation of HR policies and practices.
