Chris began his consulting career focusing on human resources and labor relations before expanding his expertise to international jurisdictions. Driven by a childhood passion for technology, he transitioned into the Microsoft partner ecosystem, contributing towards transformative digital solutions in finance and human resources that enhanced client operations and performance.
In 2018, Chris was appointed Managing Director for Western Canada at Online, where he gained insights into the business and client needs across consulting practices. Eventually, he accepted the role of Senior Director of Digital Advisory Services, where he was instrumental in developing and expanding a new business line tailored to the evolving needs of clients.
Today, as the Chief Financial and People Officer at Online, Chris leverages his unique combination of human resources, finance, and technology experience to enhance organizational performance and empower Onliners, helping to move forward Online’s mission in the modern consulting environment.
Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from Royal Roads University, with a focus on AI adoption in consulting, Chris also imparts his knowledge as a lecturer at the University of Calgary and Lakehead University. His commitment extends beyond professional realms, actively enriching both personal and professional communities to create lasting positive impacts.
