Ria Neuendorff

Chief People Officer
Ria has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting and Immigration. She has focused her efforts on building and maintaining Onliner and Candidate engagement initiatives.

Creating a great place to work starts with hiring team members who are a strong cultural fit, are passionate about what they do and have the aptitude and desire for continuous learning. We are dedicated to creating a work environment where Onliners are encouraged to grow and thrive, to feel energized by what they do and feel supported in the process.

Ria and her team oversee the corporate Career Mentor Program, which draws on the expertise of senior team members to provide mentorship and support to other team members. Career Mentors are integral to the growth and development of Onliners and, by extension, creating a great client experience. In addition, she and her team guide corporate initiatives including Talent Engagement, Internal Learning and Development (including HBO’s), Diversity Training, Focal Review Management, Benefits, Immigration, and the Cultural Ambassador Program.

Ria relocated to Minneapolis from Canada over 20 years ago. She is grateful to be working with an amazing team of incredibly smart and caring professionals and a company that keeps a vigilant eye on balancing all three legs of the stool – our team members, our clients and our company health.

What do you do outside of work?

I love travelling to new destinations but also enjoy coming home to our family cottage at West Hawk Lake in Manitoba and travelling to the Maritimes to spend time with my extended family. Beyond that, concerts, live theatre, and golf are at the top of my list of things to do!
