Derived from 15 million ratings across 70,000 companies, the list is segmented by the Top 100 CEOs of Large companies and the Top 50 CEOs of Small/Mid-size businesses (SMB), with Online’s chief executive officer, Chuck Loewen, ranking 7th in Comparably’s Best CEO for Diversity for SMB Companies (500 or less employees) in the 6th Annual List.

The Comparably awards are determined based on anonymous employees’ feedback on Comparably.com over the past 12 months. Answers to each question were given a numerical score and then compared to those of similar-sized companies across the U.S. There were no fees or costs associated with participating.
Online has won 5 awards in 2023, based on 3,084 ratings and 108 participants. This earns a score of 89/100 or A+ on the overall culture, incorporating employee ratings based on their feedback on the Work Culture, eNPS, Retention and more.
