John celebrated his 25th anniversary with Online in January 2022. Over his time at Online, John has held many different positions including Management Consultant, Business Development Executive, and is currently Vice President of Online’s Digital Transformation Practice.
When asked to share his thoughts on his time at Online, John commented:
I love the fact that I have had the opportunity to evolve my role in a way that allows me to build on my strengths and experiences in all of these areas to offer full value to both my clients and the many Onliners that I have the privilege of working with every day.
From the very beginning, I was attracted by and fully embraced our culture and core values; today we see those values expressed in something we call our “Onliner’s Code” – something I was proud to have an opportunity to help articulate.
Every day, I am guided by two of these core values: “We do what’s right” and “We look out for each other”.
These principles can be applied to dealing with clients and partners, with our Onliner team, as well as with the communities in which we operate. It is extremely fulfilling to be able to be a part of the positive difference a company like Online can make to each of these groups.
