- Build and optimize email nurture workflows, ensure seamless lead handoff and monitor funnel progression.
- Design, launch, and refine paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) based on campaign briefs: set up targeting, monitor conversions, and adjust tactics to hit MQL/CPL goals.
- Event Coordination & Follow-Up:
- Working with our Marketing Coordinator you will assist with the logistics for virtual and in-person events: manage collateral, speaker materials, and promotional timelines.
- Create post-event nurture campaigns with emails, social follow-ups, and landing pages to maximize attendee engagement and drive pipeline.
- Content Creation & Asset Support:
- Maintain and optimize our website: update pages using basic HTML/CSS, implement on-page SEO best practices, and coordinate with developers to improve site performance and user experience.
- Edit basic video content (trim clips, add captions), manage the video library (raw vs. edited files), and assist with designing presentations, infographics, and other marketing assets.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and email copy. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and technical accuracy.

About Online

Our story began in 1986 in Winnipeg, Canada, where our CEO grew a small team of University friends into an award-winning Digital Transformation and Cybersecurity consultancy with over 400 team members across North America and EMEA. We have the stability of a larger company but the heart of a small company, even as we continue to grow. We have been on the “Best Workplaces in Canada” list for the past 17 years and you’ll understand why when you read what our team members say on Glassdoor: (https://www.glassdoor.ca/Overview/Working-at-Online-Business-Systems-EI_IE373050.11,34.html)
Online firmly believes in respect, equity, and equality and in providing EVERYONE equal opportunity to apply and succeed in their role. We are committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive and accessible environment for everyone. Studies show that women and people of color are less likely to apply for a role if they don’t meet 100% of the qualifications listed in the job description. If that describes you, don’t underestimate yourself – apply anyway!
You just might be the right person for this, or another role.
