Enterprise Account Representative - Calgary





Online is looking for a creative and solution-oriented Enterprise Account Representative to join our growing Enterprise Sales team. If you love a challenge, have a fundamental knowledge of consulting, technology, and solution selling, and are excited to collaborate with a progressive Sales/Technology team, this a great opportunity for you. This opportunity will challenge you to learn and grow quickly – and to develop your career in Sales, with a team of seasoned professionals behind you. You must be based in Calgary, but there is flexibility to work from home or from our office in Calgary. There could be minimal travel requirements outside Calgary.
What you’ll do:
  • Work with our Sales and Consulting teams to drive new opportunities in Calgary. Your role entails prospecting new clients and working with a team of seasoned consultants to offer solutions that best meet client needs.
  • Grow revenue within those same accounts through day-to-day activities, in support of an overall account strategy. The expectation is that you provide exceptional service to our clients and develop strong professional relationships with them.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Online team to provide solutions in Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, Service Management, and Customer Experience, as well as new service offerings.


What we’d like:
  • 3+ years experience selling professional services and/or solution sales in the I.T. sector.
  • A high level of motivation and a desire to learn and grow your sales career.
  • Collaborative with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • An ability to take direction and run with it.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Technical competency with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and experience with Salesforce.
  • A Degree/Diploma in Business or Marketing is considered an asset.
